Arnaud joined Inspirit Partners in 2022 as a Partner. He leads the office in Aix-en-Provence/Marseille.
Arnaud brings more than 20 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions. He began his M&A career in 2000 within Mesirow Financial in Chicago, Illinois (USA). In the Corporate Finance department, he was involved in several transactions ranging in value from $50 million to $500 million.
After Arnaud came back to France in 2007, he founded his own M&A Boutique, Transacq focused on small-mid caps M&A transactions. Arnaud has successfully completed more than 80 deals in both M&A and capital raising and advises entrepreneurs and leaders of PME / ETI located in the South of France.
Arnaud graduated from the European Business School.
