Hervé joined Inspirit Partners in 2018 as a Partner. Hervé brings 30 years of experience as an M&A expert. Hervé began his career at Arthur Andersen (Lyon office) as a financial auditor, before joining Siparex, an independent Private Equity French group based in Lyon. In the mid-90s’, he set up a new office location for Siparex in Nantes.
He then joined in 1998, as a manager in charge of M&A, the French video games group Infogrames, also known for its brand ATARI. After a 5 year experience in the video game industry, he joined ‘’Banque de Vizille’’, a subsidiary of the Crédit Mutuel – CIC bank group, as a Managing Director in charge of the M&A team, specializing in small-mid cap transactions.
In 2014, he founded HL5 Finance, his own independent M&A consulting firm.
He graduated from EM Lyon Business School
