Nicolas brings its expertise in mergers and acquisitions, with nearly 20 years of experience, including 10 years with Edmond de Rothschild.
He founded Aureus Corporate Finance in 2016, which joined Inspirit Partners in 2022.
While he works on national and international transactions, Nicolas leads the Lyon office.
He has successfully closed nearly 35 transactions (fundraising, divestitures and acquisitions) in various sectors: healthcare, industry, construction, distribution, etc.
He holds a Master's degree in Financial Engineering from EM Lyon and a Master's degree in Business Law from Lyon III University.
