Pierre benefits from over 20 years of experience in M&A, particularly in Trade sale, LBO and Financing transactions for privately-held companies. He has completed over forty transactions in multiple market segments. In 2020, he founded Origan C&F, which joined forces with Inspirit Partners in 2024, where he became a partner. Pierre previously worked for 13 years at Oaklins France, an M&A boutique involved in Small and MidCap transactions. He began his career at Altran as a Business Manager, first in France in the R&D outsourcing sector and then in Belgium in Information Systems consulting. Pierre also acts as Senior Advisor at Equalis Capital, the French leader in the management of employee shareholding schemes in small and mid-cap companies, where he advises LBO, Management Package structuring, or financing transactions. Pierre holds a Master in Management (Grande Ecole) from EDHEC Business School, is a former student of the Master of Financial Engineering at EM Lyon Business School, and has successfully passed the AMF examination.
