Alexandre joined Inspirit Partners in 2020 as Digital Expert. He brings his experience of Private Equity and French small and midcap M&A but also his entrepreneurial vision.
After a few years spent in the Transaction Services Department of PwC and in private equity at Edmond de Rothschild Capital Partners (now Bridgepoint Development Capital), Alexandre joined the Meeschaert group in 2012 as a member of the founding team of the Private Equity division (small & midcap). In 2016, he co-founded Alpha Partners, an independent M&A consulting company. Alexandre was involved in around thirty transactions as a consultant or an investor.
At the same time, Alexandre was involved in several entrepreneurial adventures. In 2016, he launched an internet media company (personal finance and education). In 2017, he co-founded Societeinfo.com, SAAS software publisher and supplier of BtoB databases with high added value. Alexandre maintains operational functions in these two companies.
Alexandre is a graduated from EM Lyon and certified by the AMF.
